Adding Custom Investigation Tags, Statuses, Types, and Corrective Actions.

The EBAS tool has the option to add custom statuses, types, corrective actions, and tags to Investigations. Follow the below steps to do so:
First, click on your user name to show the drop-down menu choose "Settings".

Next click on "Investigation Fields"

Then, click the drop-down arrow on "Investigation Tags" or you can click or one of the other fields you'd like to customize. This will make the list of custom tags appear.  The following tutorial uses Tags as an example, but this is easily applied to the other customizable investigation fields. You can add a new tag by clicking "New Investigation Tag".

The "Tags" bar is underneath "Description of Incident". The custom tags will pre-populate as you type them in the Tags/

The same process applies to Investigation Statuses. The walk-thru below demonstrates how to add a custom status and enable it to be displayed as Open or Close.
